We inquired online about a quote & Platinum responded immediately. During this pandemic, it is struggling times for our family considering me & my husband are both laid off. Steve worked with us & after talking with him, it is very clear that he cares about his customers & strives to give the best customer service. He wanted to get our minor problems solved just as much as we did. Platinum has not came out to spray yet & I’m already impressed with the values of this company. That is how you run a business. I never leave reviews, but you give credit where credit is definitely due!! I would much rather give our money to a local company, rather than any corporate business. Thank you, Steve! Platinum Pest Control is very friendly yet professional. They have amazing prices that actually get rid of the bugs, as well as, being prompt in rendering services. They are also flexible in scheduling and punctual at appointment times. I would and do suggest them to anyone suffering from an infestation.

Platinum is fantastic at what they do. We were having issues with spiders and ants and after the first visit, no more bugs. This was after terminating our contract with a larger, national company due to sub-par performance. I prefer to do business locally anyway. Steve is a great guy and easy to work with. Give Steve a shout & let him kill your bugs.

Platinum was recommended by a friend who said they were a great company with years of experience and knowledge on pest control. I used Platinum for termite control at my house. Platinum came out, checked the house, went over the termite control plan, and gave an estimate. I was very pleased with how courteous Platinum employees were and the quality of work they performed. I do not have termites now thanks to PLATINUM PEST CONTROL. I would recommend them for all pest control needed. Don't let those bugs and pest get out of hand, call Steve at PLATINUM.

Very good service, professional, and punctual. Only got three people working there so you always know who it is coming its never a stranger and they're always good conversation every time they do come. Havent seen a bug since we started using them in July of last year and coming from a house that used to be absolutely infested theyre a godsend
